Sterling Brinkley
Sterling has 10 years of real estate investing experience. He previously held the position of Head of Acquisitions for HASTA Capital, where he oversaw the purchase $1.5B USD of real estate across the US and LATAM. Prior, he worked on Greystar’s Latin American Development team which deployed a $250M USD fund across Mexico and Chile. Sterling started his career developing luxury hotels in Los Cabos, BCS at Grupo Questro. He has a B.A. from Yale University.
Juan Vaughan
Juan has 15 years of experience in real estate development and hospitality. He was Director of Hospitality and New Projects for Grupo Questro in Los Cabos where he oversaw all hotel and vacation club development, asset management and operations from 2005 until 2015. After Questro, he partnered with Trinity Investments to lead all investment efforts in Mexico. Since 2005, Juan has held leading positions in the purchase, master-planning, and development of real estate projects totaling over $1.5B. Juan serves on the advisory board of Cabo del Sol, has an MBA from the McDonough School of Business and holds a B.A. in Business from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).

Federico Serna
Federico has over 6 years of work experience in prominent offices in Mexico City such as Fernando Romero Enterprise and Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos. Federico received his architecture degree from the University of Los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia), After 4 years in Mexico City, Federico moved to Todos, where he led projects such as Casa Melina in the town center and the expansion of the Paradero hotel with the architect Rubén Valdez. In 2022, Federico founded his architecture firm, efeIstudio, focusing on user experience and guided by the main manifesto of human-centric design. In its first year, efeIstudio has undertaken over 5 projects in the Todos Santos, Pescadero, and East Cape areas, with the most notable being Casa Téa, Casa Cardenal, and Casa Abanico.
Rodrigo trejo
Rodrigo has led more than 30 projects in design, construction and development located in several cities in Mexico, including Tulum, Valle de Bravo, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico City, Cabo San Lucas and Todos Santos. Two years before graduating from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, Rodrigo started working as a subcontractor in design for several companies. Just one year after graduating, Rodrigo founded Grupo DMC. Notable projects include Vidalta Apartments, Ruta del Lago House, La Punta and Cuenca Bajío Condominiums.
