Purpose built for short stays

Las Nereidas properties are some of the first in the world to be designed as short-term rentals from conception. Just as for-rent apartment and for-sale condo plans differ drastically in multifamily, the ability to design layouts and floorplans with STR in mind from the beginning allows the properties to maximize additional rent per square foot and create an experience better suited for our guests.
